The guy had to endure being ball trampled as well as used as a living ashtray by the mistress. They were all painful punishments but he had no choice other than to do what she wanted him to do.

She got closer to the guy and he feared that she would do what she had told him and that is how she scared him.
When this slave misbehaved, he did not expect his punishment to be as cruel as mistress Bea, mistress Amber and mistress Lola made it. The poor guy had to endure the humiliation and pain of being made a human ashtray. He tried to beg for mercy but the mistresses did not care about what he felt and so they ignored his cries and pleas. He learned not to misbehave again.
